PIPPIN
|
The year is 780 A.D. and the setting is the not-so-hot Roman Empire (or thereabouts). Pippin is the first born son of Charlemagne who is obsessed with the “need to be completely fulfilled”.
Thought the musical is set in the 8th century it evokes modern times as well. The cast will entertain you with such great musical numbers as “Magic To Do” “Simple Toys” “No Time At All” “ Simple Joys” and “I Guess I’ll Miss The Man”.
